Tasks Maintenance & Development: You take care of the maintenance and development of our existing, complex software solutions based on classic Delphi technology. This includes bug fixing, optimization, and extension of our software products. In addition, you will be involved in the design and implementation of new features and functionalities. Requirements Profound knowledge of Delphi programming language and its ecosystem; Experience with database systems such as Firebird or InterBase; Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication skills in German; Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
