Delivery Specialist (Class 3)

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your key responsibilities are but not limited to: Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner. Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintaining a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to safety regulations and guidelines. Providing excellent customer service by being courteous, professional, and responsive to customer inquiries. Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any issues that may arise. Collaborating with the Operations Manager to optimize delivery routes and schedules. Participating in regular training and quality control activities to ensure compliance with company standards. Adapting to changing priorities and deadlines, and being flexible in a fast-paced environment. Being proactive in identifying and resolving issues, and escalating concerns to the Operations Manager as needed. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, and being a team player in a dynamic and growing organization.
