Delivery Manager/in (m/w/d)
Job description
Your Tasks:
- You are responsible for the professional guidance of logistics leaders in our large markets
- You act as an interface between delivery team members and central departments
- You analyze key figures based on existing reports and evaluations
- You plan efficiency improvement measures and process optimizations, implementing them in collaboration with large markets (e.g. commissioning/shipment preparation and transportation processes, freight management regarding delivery quality)
- You plan and accompany various roll-outs and projects (e.g. electric vehicles, IFS certification)
- You are responsible for first-level support for system technical issues
