Delivery Manager - Sandton

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of business and IT solutions, ensuring on-time, within scope, and budget outcomes

• Oversee multiple project teams across various disciplines, ensuring effective coordination and delivery

• Collaborate with stakeholders and executive leadership to align project goals with business objectives

• Drive continuous improvement and best practices within delivery processes

• Manage supplier/vendor relationships to ensure service quality and value for money

• Track and report delivery performance, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders

• Support career development, performance management, and mentoring of team members

• Ensure delivery governance, quality standards, and compliance requirements are met

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Essential)

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/CSP), LEAN Agile, or SAFe certification (Preferred)

• Minimum 3 – 5 years in a senior technical leadership or delivery role

• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary teams

• Strong background in performance management, financial oversight, and strategic planning

• Demonstrated experience engaging with C-level executives and senior managers

• Solid understanding of vendor and supplier management

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work under pressure, manage conflicting priorities, and deliver high-quality results
