Delivery Manager

Job Description: The Delivery Manager – Crew COTS Application is responsible for the end-to-end delivery, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Crew Management application. This role ensures successful planning, execution, and release of system capabilities while balancing business needs, vendor coordination, technical constraints, and operational stability. The Delivery Manager acts as the primary point of accountability for delivery outcomes, timelines, and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive project plan, including milestones, timelines, and resource allocation. • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration. • Identifying and mitigating risks and issues that may impact project delivery. • Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of COTS components. • Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards. • Providing regular status updates to stakeholders and management. • Managing and controlling project scope, schedule, budget, and resources. The Delivery Manager will work closely with the Crew Management team to deliver a high-quality, user-friendly application that meets business requirements and exceeds customer expectations.
