Delivery Manager – POS Modernization Program Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead a large-scale Point-of-Sale (POS) Modernization Program for a US-based client. This role requires a hands-on delivery manager who can operate as an individual contributor when needed, while owning end-to-end program delivery across onshore and offshore teams. The ideal candidate brings prior hands-on experience working in Agile methodologies, with strong understanding of software development life cycles, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in managing large-scale IT projects is highly desirable. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget. This includes developing project plans, setting milestones, tracking progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring successful program delivery. In addition, the Delivery Manager will work closely with the client's technical teams to ensure alignment with their requirements and expectations. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of delivering complex IT projects on time, within budget, and with high quality. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
