Delivery Manager

As a Delivery Manager, you’ll be part of Forte’s technology management team, responsible for designing team compositions, supporting recruitment, and building and scaling software engineering teams across all lifecycle stages. You’ll work with multiple Agile teams delivering high-quality products to our customers. Your main responsibilities will include: • Designing team compositions that align with project goals and objectives; • Supporting recruitment processes by identifying talent gaps and developing strategies to fill them; • Building and scaling software engineering teams across all lifecycle stages, from concept to delivery; • Collaborating with multiple Agile teams to ensure successful product delivery; • Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives; • Identifying and mitigating risks that could impact project timelines or quality; • Providing coaching and guidance to team members to improve their skills and performance; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
