About the role: The Delivery Manager is responsible for the overall successful delivery of one or more projects, programs, or portfolio of projects. This role involves the management of project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks. The Delivery Manager is a key member of the project team and works closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Delivery Manager will have experience in managing technology projects and will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of project management methodologies. Responsibilities: * Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, programs, or portfolio of projects. * Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. * Develop and manage project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. * Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. * Manage project budgets and track project costs. * Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors. * Monitor project progress and report on project status to stakeholders. * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. * Manage project communications, including stakeholder communications and project status updates. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. * Lead and mentor project teams. * Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices. * Provide input into the development of project management processes and tools. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a related field. * Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager, managing multiple projects concurrently. * Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). * Experience managing technology projects, including software development, infrastructure, and cloud solutions. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project). * PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. * Experience in client relationship management. * Experience in managing project budgets and tracking project costs.
