Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to lead the execution of AWS solution implementation projects in US clients. The position requires solid experience in managing closed and hybrid scope projects, as well as strong English communication skills (C1 level), for interaction with international stakeholders. Responsibilities Manage complex short-term projects (average 3 months) including assessments, POCs, and MVPs. Conduct AWS project implementations in US clients, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through regular communication and status updates. Analyze project performance and provide recommendations for process improvements. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure successful project delivery. Provide guidance and support to team members as needed. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential roadblocks and proposing solutions. Ensure all projects are delivered within budget and scope, meeting client expectations and satisfaction. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of AWS services and their applications in various industries. Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS trends, best practices, and innovations. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills. Share expertise and experiences with team members to improve overall project delivery quality. Contribute to the development of new processes and methodologies for efficient project execution. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed. Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the company and industry. Provide input on business development strategies and proposals. Participate in sales efforts, providing technical expertise and support. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency across projects. Ensure all projects are delivered with high-quality results, meeting client expectations and satisfaction.
