Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end HR Shared Services delivery across Core HR, TA Ops, HRIS, Case Management, Payroll & Benefits Ensure SLA/OLA compliance and stable delivery across geographies Drive productivity, automation, and cost optimization initiatives Lead HR transformation programs including RPA, GenAI & Agentic AI solutions Act as primary interface for client HR Operations leadership Manage governance reviews, risk mitigation, and executive escalations Lead transitions, service migrations, and process improvements Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues Provide expert-level guidance and support to HR Operations teams Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
