Delivery Lead (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced developer to join our team as Delivery Lead (m/w/d) at ABRIO. You will be part of a team that delivers Shopify-migration and platform projects for leading brands in D2C, B2C, and B2B. As Delivery Lead, you will not only take project responsibility but also lead a project team, develop it further, and ensure that we bring our projects to term, with high quality, and clear customer communication.

As Delivery Lead, you are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of your e-commerce projects: from requirements analysis to go-live and operation. You will be a trusted advisor for stakeholders on the client side and ensure internally that team, scope, budget, timing, and quality align.

Aufgaben

• You will take over the end-to-end delivery responsibility for e-commerce projects (e.g., Shopify-migrations) and keep scope, time, budget, quality, and risks reliably in view.
• You will lead your project team professionally and disciplinarily, set clear goals, prioritize tasks, coach on a daily basis, and be responsible for the further development and performance of your team members.
• You will steer interdisciplinary teams (e.g., design, development), take over interface management, and ensure smooth cooperation by identifying dependencies and blockers early on.
• You will be the central point of contact for clients and stakeholders, manage expectations, establish regular status formats, and handle escalations in a solution-oriented and sovereign manner.
• You will ensure high delivery quality, drive continuous improvements forward, and develop standards and processes in delivery together with the team.

Qualifikation

• You bring at least 3-4 years of professional experience in digital transformation or implementation projects (e.g., e-commerce, software delivery, platform/migration projects) or IT project management, PMO, delivery, or service environment.
• You have led interdisciplinary project teams as a project manager or delivery lead and taken on clear responsibility for team organization, prioritization, and people issues.
• You hold an academic degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• You are secure in agile working methods and delivery methods and ensure the implementation of active interface management between design and development.
• You use project management tools like Jira/Asana/MS Project confidently and thereby increase steering, transparency, and efficiency.
