Job Title: Delivery Head – Telecom Core Networks Location: India – Noida/Chennai/Bangalore Role Summary: The Delivery Head is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of cloud based Core telecom solutions and services for global clients. This role ensures operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability while driving innovation and transformation in alignment with organizational strategy. Key Responsibilities: Delivery Leadership: Oversee large-scale telecom programs and projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing delivery team. Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement in delivery processes. Financial Management: Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and proactively address any issues. Innovation & Transformation: Drive innovation and transformation initiatives to enhance service offerings and delivery capabilities. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and engineering. Strategic Alignment: Align delivery strategies with overall organizational goals. Key Skills and Experience: 15+ years of experience in Telecom domain, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of Core Network technologies (e.g., 5G, 4G, IMS, EPC). Experience with cloud-based telecom solutions and services. Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale telecom projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong financial acumen and project management skills. Ability to drive innovation and transformation. Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
