As a Delivery Driver (Part Time 24 hours) - Oxford, you will be responsible for: • Delivering products to customers in a timely and efficient manner • Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, ensuring that customers receive the correct items and are satisfied with their delivery • Working as part of a team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the overall success of Ocado Logistics • Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety, customer service and data protection • Being flexible and adaptable, working varying shifts and hours as required by the business • Maintaining a clean and tidy vehicle, adhering to all relevant health and safety guidelines • Reporting any issues or concerns to your supervisor or manager in a timely manner • Participating in training and development activities to improve skills and knowledge • Being an ambassador for Ocado Logistics, promoting the company values and culture at all times.
