As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages to our valued customers while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to designated locations Load and unload packages efficiently, ensuring proper handling of items Pre-planned and optimized delivery routes for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction Ensure all deliveries are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures Maintain accurate records of deliveries and any issues that may arise Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, friendly, and responsive to customer inquiries and concerns. This includes answering questions about packages, providing updates on delivery status, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
