BIM Modeler Drafter

We are looking for a person to perform modeling and information management in construction projects under BIM methodology, focusing on technical installations. The main tasks include creating and developing three-dimensional digital models of MEP systems, such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Additionally, plans, construction details, and technical documentation will be generated from these models, using programs like Revit and AutoCAD. Models will also be coordinated and clashed with engineering and architecture teams to ensure all information is coherent and accurate throughout the project, updating models according to changes that arise during construction. Technical training in drafting, engineering, or similar areas is required, along with demonstrable experience in BIM modeling, especially in installations. Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is necessary, as well as the ability to interpret technical drawings and coordinate information between different disciplines. Organization, attention to detail, problem-solving initiative, and a collaborative attitude for working in multidisciplinary teams are valued. The position is with a permanent contract, offering a good work environment and the opportunity to participate in complex and innovative technical projects.
