Production Delegate

Grupo Valora, specialized in agricultural sector services and products, belonging to NEALIS, needs to incorporate a Production Delegate for its delegation in Catalonia. What will you do on a daily basis? Among your main responsibilities will include: Prospecting, identifying, and capturing new strategic agricultural farms, expanding the network of collaboration and ensuring project viability in the territory. Preparation of dosing plans and technical follow-up of crops. Acting as liaison between farmers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient communication and coordination. Developing and implementing strategies for increasing farm productivity and reducing environmental impact. Collaborating with the production team to optimize crop yields and reduce waste. Providing technical support to farmers on best practices in sustainable agriculture. Identifying and addressing potential risks and opportunities in the agricultural sector. Staying up-to-date with market trends, regulations, and industry developments. Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, suppliers, and internal teams. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Providing regular reports to management on project progress and performance indicators.
