*Dean in the Faculty of Medicine

With your work at Sigmund Freud Private University (SFU) in Vienna, you will lead one of four faculties that implement the SFU's health-promoting mission, develop innovative teaching and research concepts, and promote cooperation within and between the faculties of the SFU. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing innovative concepts for teaching and learning, • Fostering interdisciplinary cooperation within the faculty and between faculties, • Promoting the health-promoting mission of the SFU through various measures, • Ensuring the quality of teaching and research at the faculty level, • Collaborating with other faculties and departments to develop and implement joint projects, • Representing the faculty in internal and external committees, • Developing and implementing strategies for the faculty's development and further education. Your qualifications should include: • A university degree in medicine or a related field, • Several years of experience in academic leadership or teaching, • Excellent communication and organizational skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Familiarity with the SFU's mission and values.
