To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for you as a System Administrator (m/w/d) – with passion for technology, structure, and reliable systems.

Aufgaben

Your Tasks

• IT Management: Responsibility for selecting, procuring, and setting up the workstation equipment. You are the first point of contact for technical questions and support colleagues in hardware and software problems.
• Network Management: Monitoring, administration, and securing the internal network infrastructure, including performance optimization.
• Server Administration: Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux- and Windows-based servers; ensuring system availability and security through regular updates and monitoring.
• System Monitoring: Ongoing control of IT systems to detect and correct any issues early on.
• Dokumentation & Reporting: Maintenance of IT documentation, license lists, and performance reports.
• User Support & Training: Technical support for users as well as introducing new systems and updates.
• Project Management: Planning and implementation of IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, or infrastructure improvements in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Backup & Recovery: Development and monitoring of backup strategies and emergency plans for data security and recovery.

Qualification

Your Profile

• Completed training in the IT sector (e.g., Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration) or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in system or network administration
• Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server, and Linux systems
• Experience with network storage solutions (e.g., QNAP NAS)
• Outstanding analytical skills, self-reliance, and teamwork
• Excellent German and English language skills in writing and speaking
