As the preferred recruitment partner for our clients, Access Group Talent is the go-to agency for both organisations seeking skilled payroll talent and payroll professionals looking for their next contract or permanent opportunity.
My client is needing a Payroll Specialist to work in their Eagle Farm office (1 day per week WFH), to assist in the implementation of Definitiv.
As well as being a hands-on role, you will:
• Assist in the implementation of Definitiv, while driving business process improvements in Payroll nationally.
• Process and review payroll transactions, this will include salary payments, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and tax regulations.
• Stay up to date on payroll-related laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Assist with payroll related enquiries.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure payroll data integrity and compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
