As Dedicated Teamleader at Securitas, you are responsible for directing the security operations on a specific lane at Schiphol. You ensure that the security process runs safely, efficiently, and customer-oriented. Thanks to your leadership, you directly contribute to a safe environment and a pleasant passenger experience.

You are the first point of contact for employees and operational management at Schiphol, you signal deviations and take direct action where necessary. You work in the middle of a dynamic environment that is always in motion 24/7.

A glimpse into your tasks:

• You lead, coach, and motivate a team of security personnel and non-security personnel.• You determine who takes which position on the lane(s) and ensures optimal rotation.
• You prevent with your team that unsafe items reach the airside
• You intervene timely in disruptions and take measures to ensure throughput
• You guarantee representativeness, quality, and compliance with all procedures and work instructions
• Caring for briefings and correct handover to the next team
• You monitor the entire process on the lane and function as the central point of contact
• You support where necessary operationally, but your focus lies in leadership and process management
