Debtors Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Debtors Manager to join our Automotive Group based in Milnerton. You will be responsible for managing the debtors book, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining positive customer relationships while minimizing financial risk to the business. Key Requirements: Experience in the automotive sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good understanding of credit control principles and legal aspects of debt collection. Ability to analyze and interpret financial data, identify trends and make informed decisions. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems. Key Responsibilities: Manage the debtors book, ensuring timely collections and minimizing financial risk. Develop and maintain positive customer relationships. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and communications. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide regular reports and updates to management on debtors book performance.
