RPO's client is actively seeking an experienced Debt Recovery Specialist (DRS) to join their team in Sunninghill, Johannesburg. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with expertise in debt recovery and administration. This is a full-time, onsite position. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to: Managing debt recovery processes efficiently. Handling collections, negotiations, and settlements with clients. Conducting thorough investigations to identify and verify debtors. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all debt recovery activities. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination. Providing exceptional customer service to clients.
