About the Job:

The Debt Collector Assistant plays a fundamental role in the company's financial health, being responsible for contacting and negotiating with delinquent clients. The professional will present the best alternatives for debt settlement, using their communication and persuasion skills to recover credits, always maintaining respectful and professional service.

Responsibilities:

• Locate clients with financial arrears through various communication channels.
• Maintain active contact with clients to present the debt situation and propose solutions.
• Negotiate payment conditions, such as deadlines, amounts, and discounts, according to company policies.
• Emit and send bank statements, settlement letters, and other relevant documents for collection.

Qualifications:

• Completed High School education.
• Prior experience in debt collection, retention, or customer service areas.
• Basic knowledge of computer software (Office Suite and CRM systems).

Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication.
• High negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Oriented towards results and meeting goals.
• Able to handle clients in delicate situations and maintain calm under pressure.

Additional Information:

• Work Location: Poços de Caldas/MG.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00.
• Employment Type: CLT (Full-time).
