As an expert in accounts receivable, you are the heart of our cash flow management. You ensure that our global claims are precisely recorded and communication with our partners and athletes runs smoothly.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Claims Management: Independent management of debtor records and monitoring of outstanding items for HYROX World GmbH, as well as support for our subsidiaries.
• Payment Processing: Recording, counting, and settling incoming payments (bank, credit cards, payment providers like Stripe/PayPal).
• Reminder Process: Conducting a value-based but consistent reminder process and clarifying differences with our customers and partners.
• Monthly Closures: Contributing to the preparation of financial statements (HGB/IFRS) by timely reconciling debtor accounts and establishing required provisions/reserves.
• Process Optimization: Active development of our accounting processes (e.g., automation of interfaces between booking system and event platforms).

Your Profile

• Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably with a clear focus on accounts receivable or claims management.
• Know-how: Good knowledge of HGB (tax law) and international tax law. Experience with Navision / Business Central (D365) is highly desirable.
• IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office. Initial experience with Navision / Business Central (D365) is very important.
• Communication: You are structured, courteous in your appearance, and speak English at least on a B2 level.
