Numbers are more than just entries to you. With your work, you ensure structure, clarity, and reliability in accounts receivable accounting. In this role, you take on a central function and ensure that financial processes run smoothly, timely, and transparently. With your keen eye for detail and meticulous working style, you make a significant contribution to a smooth financial day.

• You are responsible for booking account statements as well as incoming and outgoing invoices.
• The creation of direct debit entries and the maintenance of SEPA direct debit data also fall within your scope of responsibility.
• You will independently conduct monthly runs, always keeping open items in mind.
• In addition, you are responsible for maintaining and coordinating accounts receivable accounts.
• The timely reporting of relevant statistics to the state authorities is also part of your task field.
• You will support month-end and year-end closings by working closely with the team.

Educational Background

• You bring an completed training as a tax clerk or a completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualifications in the field of financial accounting.

Professional Knowledge

• You have already gained experience in a comparable position.
• You are familiar with common MS Office programs and bookkeeping software as well as ERP systems.
• You possess very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills, which are desirable.

• You have a high interest in the various tasks and questions of financial accounting that sets you apart.
• In challenging or unclear situations, you remain calm and flexible, approaching problems with a solution-oriented mindset.
