Debitorenbuchhalter (m/w/d)

We are looking for a motivated Debitorenbuchhalter (m/w/d) for our headquarters in Friedrichsdorf, effective immediately.

Tasks

• Processing incoming mail regarding accounting and invoicing
• Management of outstanding claims and payment receipts
• Collection proceedings
• Communication with customers about invoice discrepancies and questions
• Initiating collection on overdue accounts
• Maintaining the financial ledger as needed
• Audit-ledger to ensure that it contains correct information such as addresses and invoice numbers

Qualification

• Completed vocational training in a commercial field, e.g. office clerk, further education as financial bookkeeper advantageous
• Relevant work experience in debt collection accounting
• Safe handling of modern IT and communication systems
• Independent and structured working style
• You are internationally oriented and have negotiation-proof language skills in German and English
