Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d) wanted – Full-time | Munich | Home office option

On behalf of our partner company in the public sector, we are looking for you as an "Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d)" at the earliest possible date.

Responsibilities

• You create outgoing invoices and credit notes and ensure timely processing
• You maintain debtor and master data as well as accounting-relevant information in SAP
• Furthermore, you take on tasks in receivables management and clarify open items
• You support month-end closings as well as the creation of analyses and reports
• In addition, you work closely with internal departments and contribute to efficient accounting processes

Qualifications

• You have completed training as a tax assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification in finance or accounting
• Ideally, you have professional experience as an Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d), Financial Accountant (m/f/d), Clerk Accounts Receivable Accounting (m/f/d) or Accountant (m/f/d)
• Sound knowledge in accounts receivable accounting and at least three years of professional experience are required
• In addition, you have good Excel skills and experience in using SAP
• A structured way of working, team spirit, and a high degree of results and service orientation are important
