Debitorenbuchhalter (m/w/d)

We are looking for you to join our partner company in Gräfelfing as a "Debitorenbuchhalter (m/w/d)".

Tasks

• As Debitorenbuchhalter (m/w/d), you will be responsible for maintaining and coordinating debtor accounts, as well as clarifying outstanding items in the context of settlements.
• You will record payment receipts, check invoice data from the ERP system, and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
• In addition, you will manage the dunning process, including communication, escalation, and clarification of payment differences with customers.
• You will conduct creditworthiness tests and support in insurance-related questions in the accounts receivable management.
• You will also work on general tasks in financial accounting, such as accounts payable or cash flow.

Qualification

• You hold a completed commercial training, for example, as a tax clerk (m/w/d) or industrial clerk (m/w/d).
• Multiple years of experience in financial accounting, particularly in debtor management, distinguish you.
• You are confident in handling DATEV and MS Office, especially Excel.
• A structured, independent, and precise working style, as well as a developed numerical understanding, are among your strengths.
• Communication skills, team spirit, and a self-assured demeanor when dealing with customers complete your profile.
