We are looking for a full-time:

Debitorenbuchhalter - (m/w/d)

for the location Munich

Tasks

• You will be responsible for your own accounts receivable, both in the B2B and B2C sectors.
• You will process refunds in our internal booking system.
• You will be responsible for creating and evaluating various reports.
• You will check, clarify, and process outstanding items (including accruals).
• You are responsible for account and transaction reconciliations and provide assistance to our internal contacts,
• including Headquarters and Call Center, on accounting-related questions.
• You will be responsible for maintaining financial data in the accounting system.
• You will monitor and record bank transactions (including bank transfers and electronic payment methods) and clarify special cases.
• You will contribute to the development of internal debt processes together with our Director of Finance.

Qualification

• You have knowledge in the area of accounts receivable and/or accounts payable.
• You have a strong service orientation.
• You possess good German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
• You have very good MS Office skills, particularly in the Excel field.
