Responsibilities

• Monitoring and booking incoming payments from our customers
• Creating and sending invoices to our partners and customers
• Processing dunning notices and clarifying open items with our customers
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Close collaboration with sales and other departments to optimize payment processes

Qualifications

• You have completed vocational training in a commercial field
• You already have experience in accounts receivable accounting
• You have a very good understanding of numbers and work confidently with Excel and Word
• You enthusiastically contribute to the design of analog and digital business processes
• You can organize yourself well and work meticulously
• You bring a positive attitude and team spirit
• You are available for a minimum of 35 hours per week
