Debitorenbuchhalter (m/w/d)

Tasks:

· Invoicing of customer accounts for domestic and foreign customers, taking into account sales tax criteria

· Taking over the debtor management and maintenance of debtor master data

· Accounting reconciliation with internal departments and external partners

· Processing of inquiries and relevant accounting matters

· Conducting debt collection and processing of insolvency cases

· Creditworthiness checks for new customers

· Supporting in monthly and annual closings according to HGB and US-GAAP

· Supporting colleagues in accounts receivable accounting and other administrative tasks

Objective:

· Independent processing of tasks from debtor and accounts receivable accounting, as well as comprehensive support for all other topics in accounting.

· Weekly working hours: between 20.0 and 25.0 hours/week

Requirements:

· Completed commercial training or comparable qualification

· Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in finance and accounting

· Good understanding of numbers

· Computer skills in MS-Office (especially Excel) and ERP (preferably Epicor)

· Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
