Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d) – Munich West | Part-Time | Permanent Position

On behalf of our partner company in Gräfelfing, we are looking for you as an "Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d)" for the earliest possible start date.

Responsibilities

• As an Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d), you will manage and reconcile accounts receivable and support monthly closing activities.
• Furthermore, you will book incoming payments, check invoice data, and reliably reconcile open items.
• In addition, you will take over dunning processes and handle the reconciliation and correspondence for overdue receivables.
• You will also clarify payment discrepancies together with customers and internal contacts.
• As part of this, you will conduct credit checks and support with further tasks related to receivables and insurances.

Qualifications

• A commercial apprenticeship, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d), or tax assistant (m/f/d), forms the basis.
• You have several years of professional experience as an Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d), Financial Accountant (m/f/d), or Accounts Payable Clerk (m/f/d), ideally with a focus on accounts receivable.
• Sound knowledge of financial accounting and experience with open items, incoming payments, and dunning processes are important.
• In addition, you work confidently with DATEV and MS Office, especially Excel, and have good English language skills.
• You convince with a good understanding of numbers as well as a careful, structured, and independent work style.
