Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d) – Munich West | Part-Time | Permanent Position

On behalf of our partner company in Gräfelfing, we are looking for you as an "Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d)" as soon as possible.

Tasks

• As an Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d), you will manage and reconcile accounts receivable and support with monthly closing activities.
• Additionally, you will post incoming payments, check invoice data, and reliably reconcile open items.
• Furthermore, you will take over dunning procedures and handle the reconciliation and correspondence for overdue receivables.
• In addition, you will clarify payment differences together with customers and internal contact persons.
• You will conduct credit checks and support with other tasks related to receivables and insurance.

Qualification

• The foundation is a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d), or tax assistant (m/f/d).
• You bring several years of professional experience as an Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d), Financial Accountant (m/f/d), or Accounting Clerk (m/f/d), ideally with a focus on accounts receivable.
• Sound knowledge of financial accounting as well as experience with open items, incoming payments, and dunning procedures are important.
• Additionally, you work confidently with DATEV and MS Office, especially Excel, and have good English skills.
• You convince with a good understanding of numbers as well as a careful, structured, and independent way of working.
