Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d) – Munich West | Part-Time | Permanent Position

On behalf of our partner company in Gräfelfing, we are looking for you as an “Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d)” as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• As an Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d), you will manage and reconcile accounts receivable and support monthly closing activities
• Additionally, you will post incoming payments, check invoice data, and reliably reconcile open items
• Furthermore, you will take over dunning processes and handle reconciliation and correspondence for overdue receivables
• In addition, you will resolve payment discrepancies together with customers and internal contacts
• You will carry out credit checks and support with other tasks related to receivables and insurance

Qualifications

• The foundation is a commercial apprenticeship, for example, as an Industrial Clerk (m/f/d), Office Management Clerk (m/f/d), or Tax Assistant (m/f/d)
• You bring several years of professional experience as an Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d), Financial Accountant (m/f/d), or Accounting Clerk (m/f/d), ideally with a focus on accounts receivable
• Solid knowledge in financial accounting and experience with open items, incoming payments, and dunning processes are important
• Additionally, you work confidently with DATEV and MS Office, especially Excel, and have good English skills
• You convince with a good understanding of numbers as well as a careful, structured, and self-reliant way of working
