Debitorenbuchhalter / Mitarbeiter Forderungsmanagement (m/w/d) - immediately

We are looking for a structured and reliable person for debt accounting or accounts receivable management.

The position is suitable for applicants with a commercial background as well as professionals from the hotel industry who would like to bring their process-oriented and numerical experience into an administrative environment.

Tasks

Maintenance and coordination of debtor accounts

Booking and control of incoming payments

Implementation of the reminder process

Clearing open items in coordination with customers and internal interfaces

Maintenance of master data

Participation in reporting, monthly and annual closings

Handling customer inquiries independently

Support for the further development of internal processes

Qualification

Completed training in hotel management or a commercial field

Structured work style with consistent prioritization to meet all deadlines

Interest in accounting-related issues

Careful and structured work style

Safe handling of MS Office

Communication skills and assertiveness
