Your Tasks

• Preparation and booking of outgoing invoices
• Booking of all debtor payments
• Creation of account statements, account clarification with tenants / clarification of complaints
• Contacting tenants with outstanding accounts
• Maintenance of master data and preparation for monthly direct debit
• Tight cooperation/support of employees at our nationwide Sirius Business Parks
• Support in month-end closing, regular creation of reports for banks and management

Your Profile

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a commercial training program or real estate/financial training program
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Good SAP knowledge is advantageous
• Experience in financial/accounting, ideally debt collection accounting
• Analytical thinking and good understanding of numbers
• Independent working style, assertive and communicative
• Teamwork ability
