Dean of Technology / Senior Faculty – Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)

The School of Technology seeks an accomplished academic leader and educator for the position of Dean of Technology / Senior Faculty – CSE. The role combines academic leadership, teaching excellence, research guidance, curriculum development, industry engagement, and institutional development. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction to the School of Technology while contributing actively to teaching, scholarship, and innovation in Computer Science and Engineering. Key Responsibilities: • Provide visionary leadership to the School of Technology, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. • Teach and mentor students at the undergraduate and graduate levels, including leading courses, advising thesis projects, and supervising research. • Guide and support faculty members in their research pursuits, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities. • Develop and implement curricula for CSE programs, staying abreast of industry trends and technological advancements. • Engage with industry partners to develop collaborative research initiatives, internships, and job placement opportunities. • Foster partnerships with other schools and departments within the institution, promoting interdisciplinary collaborations and knowledge sharing. • Participate in institutional development efforts, contributing to strategic planning, accreditation processes, and fundraising initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field, with a strong academic record and a proven track record of teaching, research, and leadership. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a faculty member is required.
