Rompetrol is developing its business by involving entrepreneurs (Dealers) interested in operating fuel distribution stations. If you too are interested in starting your own business at our station in Ramnicu Valceawe will be alongside you step by step, guiding and growing together. 

The Role of the Dealer:

•    Manage the entire activity of a Rompetrol station. To put it briefly, the station and goods are owned by Rompetrol, but the sales and operation activities of the station are coordinated by you in your role as Dealer. For the fulfillment of this goal, it is necessary to open a company;
•    Coordinate and motivate the team that works at the station for mutual success. The employees at the stations are the employees of the Dealer, Rompetrol ensuring the necessary funds for salary payments.

What are the criteria you must meet?

• You are dynamic and want to excel;
• You have experience of at least two years in team coordination;
• You have excellent sales skills and experience of at least three years in retail sales;
• You have at least a medium-level education, know English conversationally, and are familiar with the MS Office package;
• You can provide real guarantees (mortgage or bank deposit) upon taking over a Rompetrol station and do not have any judicial records;
• You reside in the geographic area where the station is located;
• Representing a real advantage if you have experience working at a fuel station and managing your own business;
• You are available to participate in an operational training provided by Rompetrol for four weeks.
