You are ambitious, proactive, and organized? You are also a leader and a good manager? Do you want to develop your own business and manage a Rompetrol station? If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, then it is very possible that you will be the Dealer we are looking for. 

Rompetrol is developing its business by involving entrepreneurs (Dealers) interested in operating fuel distribution stations. If you too are interested in starting your own business, we are here to support you step by step, guide you, and grow together. 

Role of the Dealer:

•    Manage the entire activity of a Rompetrol station. To put it briefly, the station and its assets are owned by Rompetrol, but the sales and operations activities of the station are coordinated by you in your role as Dealer. For this purpose, it is necessary to open a company;
•    Coordinate and motivate the team working at the station for mutual success. The employees at the stations are employees of the Dealer, Rompetrol ensuring the necessary funds for salary payments.

What are the criteria you must meet?

• You are dynamic and want to excel;
• You have at least two years of experience in team coordination;
• You have excellent sales skills and at least three years of experience in retail sales;
• You have at least a medium-level education, know English conversationally, and are familiar with the MS Office package;
• You can provide real guarantees (mortgage or bank deposit) upon taking over a Rompetrol station and do not have any criminal records;
• You reside in the geographic area where the station is located;
• It is a significant advantage if you have experience working at a fuel station and managing your own business;
• You are available to participate in an operational training provided by Rompetrol for four weeks.
