Rompetrol is developing its business by involving entrepreneurs (Dealers) interested in operating fuel distribution stations. If you are also interested in starting your own business, we are with you every step of the way, we guide you and grow together.

The Dealer's Role:
• Administers the entire activity of a Rompetrol station. In short, the station and the merchandise are the property of Rompetrol, but the sales and operational activities of the station are coordinated by you in the role of Dealer. To fulfill this purpose, you need to open a company.
• Coordinates and motivates the team working at the station to achieve success together. Station employees are the Dealer's employees, with Rompetrol providing the necessary funds for salary payments.

• You are dynamic and wish to develop as an entrepreneur alongside Rompetrol;
• You have an innate business acumen;
• You have at least two years of experience in coordinating a team and you manage to motivate your team members to achieve excellent results;
• You put the customer at the center of your activities and your team's activities;
• You have excellent sales skills and at least three years of experience in retail sales activities so that you can maximize the operational and sales results of the station you will take over as a dealer;
• You are organized, attentive to details, ready to work based on Rompetrol standards and you manage to naturally convey this to your entire team;
• You can easily manage the station's inventory as well as various administrative situations specific to a station's activity;
• You have at least secondary education, you know English at a conversational level, and you are familiar with working with the MS Office package;
• You can provide real guarantees (mortgage or bank deposit) when taking over a Rompetrol station and you have no criminal record entries;
• You reside in the geographical area where the station taken over is located;
• It represents a real advantage if you have work experience in a fuel station and in managing your own business;
• You are available to participate in an operational training provided by Rompetrol for four weeks.
