As an SAP EAM Expert, you will be part of the Software Factory / Core Systems and play a key role in designing future-oriented SAP solutions. You will take ownership of the entire process: from defining business requirements to delivery and acceptance testing. With your expertise, you will bring technology and business together. You will guide teams and stakeholders towards well-thought-out, sustainable solutions and monitor quality throughout the entire software lifecycle. You will make a difference in a complex SAP landscape with societal impact. Your Responsibilities: Architecture & Analysis: You will analyze high-level business requirements and translate them into clear detailed requirements, subsystems, and software components. You will write expert specifications and in-depth technical and functional analyses for SAP EAM solutions. You will substantiate Make-or-Buy decisions within the SAP landscape and contribute strategically. You will actively contribute to application design and architecture of complex systems. SAP PM Expertise: You will build and monitor end-to-end SAP EAM solutions within a complex SAP ecosystem. You will have in-depth knowledge of the SAP PM Module and integration with related modules such as MM. You will liaise closely with the business and form a bridge between business and IT. Coaching & Collaboration: You will technically coach and challenge colleagues (developers, analysts). You will lead design discussions and make substantive decisions in complex cases. You will work closely with solution architects, project leaders, and business stakeholders. Lifecycle & Optimization: You will monitor and optimize the lifecycle management of SAP solutions. You will modernize existing applications and proactively address technical debt. You will evaluate software and infrastructure solutions and communicate substantiated choices to management and business. Your Profile: You hold a Master's degree or have equivalent experience. You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in software and/or application architecture. You have strong knowledge of SAP PM and integration with MM. You are skilled in writing expert specifications, technical analyses, and architecture documentation. You are familiar with modern development methods, automation, testing methods, and enterprise architectures. You communicate fluently and translate complex technical matters clearly to management and business. You work autonomously, take ownership, and adhere to standards, guidelines, and governance.
