Tasks
- You handle internal and external correspondence, independently or according to specifications
- You independently handle administrative and organizational tasks and act as a liaison for various departments and functions
- You prepare small presentations, statistics, and minutes
- You plan appointments with foresight and coordinate meetings using modern tools
- As the right hand of your manager, you complete individual tasks
Profile
- POWER to keep things together in the background
- Completed vocational training in a commercial field, experience is welcome
- Experience in handling confidential information
- Proficient in MS Office
- Diligence and speed, as well as flexibility and team spirit
