Your Tasks

• Independent and lead-conceptualization, implementation, and scaling of search-, display-, and performance-max-campaigns for the acquisition of high-quality participant inquiries
• Self-responsible steering and scaling of paid social presence (Meta & TikTok) as well as their seamless integration into the comprehensive acquisition strategy
• Full budget responsibility with a focus on CPL (Cost per Lead), CPA, and ROAS, as well as data-driven optimization of the entire funnel from click to course completion
• Drawing precise briefings for the creative team based on performance data, as well as continuous increase in conversion rate (CRO) on landing pages
• Ensuring a seamless tracking process (GTM, Pixel, UTM) and a clean data-inbound process into the CRM system (HubSpot)

Your Skills

• 2-5 years of fundamental experience in managing complex Google accounts and social ads accounts (especially Meta and TikTok), ideally in the field of explainable educational offers or lead generation
• Outstanding ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into scalable performance strategies
• Deep understanding of platform-specific creative levers (Search Psychology vs. Social Engagement) and their targeted briefing
• Combining a high aesthetic appeal with a pragmatic, solution-oriented hands-on mentality for rapid iteration of winner creatives
• Excellent communication skills in German (C1/C2 level) as well as very good English knowledge in writing and speaking
