DC Support Specialist

The Company : We are in search of talented and aspiring DC Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to safeguard information systems and enable secure operations. The Role: Colocation room control Conduct regular patrols of the colocation room according to a predefined schedule. Maintain a record of the condition of critical areas and respond appropriately or report any irregularities to the appropriate individual. Guided Access Guide visitors without Permission in the colocation room, ensuring that all individuals have the necessary clearance. Ensure that all equipment is properly secured and maintained. Monitor and troubleshoot issues with the colocation room's infrastructure. Provide technical support for DC-related issues. Collaborate with other teams to resolve any incidents or outages. The Requirements: Strong understanding of data center operations and security protocols. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Familiarity with IT infrastructure and network architecture. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
