Job Responsibilities

For our young team of enthusiasts, we are looking for a Site Supply Chain Manager.

A- As Site Supply Chain Team Manager: 

• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, aiming for "zero accidents."
• Manage teams: Receiving, Warehouse, Shipping, develop individual development plans, set performance objectives, and support teams to achieve them.
• Supervise the Receiving team whose role is to receive, count, check, and make incoming fresh goods available to Production, in exact quantities, at the designated locations, and on time.
• Supervise the Warehouse team whose role is to ensure the reception, storage, and availability of long-shelf-life goods for the Production team, in exact quantities, at the designated locations, and on time.
• Supervise the Shipping team whose role is to manage the warehousing and dispatching of finished product pallets within the allotted timeframes / waste management.
• Frame and optimize communications between the aforementioned teams and the FSQA (Quality), Procurement (Purchasing and Supply), and Production teams, to ensure production starts under the best conditions, every day; be proactive and a driving force in resolving encountered problems.
• Manage stock levels of long-shelf-life and non-food goods; work hand-in-hand with the Procurement team to minimize food waste.
• Implement and optimize stock tracking and management tools and conduct weekly and monthly inventory reviews, drawing inspiration from existing practices at other HelloFresh sites.
• In collaboration with the OPEX Manager and the Production Director, set performance objectives for your team and design the strategy to achieve them.
• Lead a continuous improvement approach based on Lean Manufacturing concepts.

B- As a Manager on a production site:

• Be exemplary in terms of daily safety.
• Always place the mental and physical safety of personnel, as well as product quality, before cost imperatives.
• Contribute to creating a work environment where industrial excellence is achieved in the long term by placing safety and job satisfaction at the center of daily concerns.
• Embody HelloFresh's values on site.
• Participate in, and if necessary lead, daily and weekly production monitoring meetings.

Your Profile:

• You are passionate about managing teams in a logistics warehouse and enjoy training personnel on new tools and processes.
• Graduated in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering, or holding equivalent field experience, you have 3 years of experience in managing teams in a logistics or industrial environment (ideally in the food industry).
• You are very comfortable using WMS and ERP systems; ideally, you have participated in the implementation of such tools in the past.
• You have strong analytical skills (data, analyses, etc.).
• You have good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, visual management, PDCA, VSM, TPM, ...).
• You are able to work in English (mandatory) as we operate in an international environment.
