Your Tasks

• Empathetic Patient Care: You care for our patients during professionally, attentively, and empathetically, and are a reliable point of contact for their concerns.
• Quality Assurance: You consistently implement individual care plans and ensure high-quality, patient-oriented care even during the night.
• Proactive Responsibility: Within our management framework, you take responsibility for your area and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.

Your Profile

• Education: You have a degree as a Registered Nurse HF/FH (for foreign diplomas: SRK recognition).
• Experience: If you already have experience in acute care, that's your ticket to the top of our list.
• Confidence in Night Duty: You enjoy working independently, are responsible, and keep a cool head even in challenging situations.
