Job description

As of the earliest possible date, we are looking for a permanent position, full-time or part-time, at the Bonn location:

Specialist Assistant for Digitization and IT Processes (FAIT), certified Fibutroniker or DATEV Law Firm Organization Officer (m/f/d) to strengthen our in-house DATEV user support.

Your tasks:

  • Support for DATEV for our employees and clients at 1st and 2nd level (by phone, email, remote maintenance, on-site)

  • Structured analysis of processes for optimization potential with the goal of increasing the degree of digitization and automation within law firms and for clients (e.g., DATEV Unternehmen Online, RZ-Bankinfo, DMS)

  • Increasing efficiency with and through the use of DATEV, e.g., through ongoing further training of users

  • Interface between our tax experts, clients, our internal IT department, and DATEV

  • Multiplier for technical innovations from the DATEV tax world and all work-facilitating functions

  • Requirements: Training in tax (e.g., tax assistant, tax clerk (m/f/d)) plus advanced knowledge of DATEV, possibly initial knowledge of DATEV administration

  • Optimal: Further training, e.g., Specialist Assistant for Digitization and IT Processes (FAIT), certified Fibutroniker or DATEV Law Firm Organization Officer (m/f/d)

  • Very important: goal-oriented approach, structured work style, willingness to work on-site for days at the VRT locations in Cologne/Bonn, Rhein-Sieg district, or Euskirchen district, as well as clear communication and presentation to different target groups
