Tasks
- Support in collecting, cleaning, and preparing data sources
- Participation in developing simple dashboards and reports
- Conducting basic analyses as well as analyzing and documenting video conversations.
- Support in monitoring and reporting processes
- Collaboration with departments to understand requirements and derive data-driven solutions
- Documented analysis, procedures, and results
Qualification
- Fundamental knowledge of statistics and data analysis
- Familiarity with SQL basics
- Analytical thinking, curiosity, structured working method
- Good German language skills in writing and speaking
