... analyze extensive service and cost data from the Swiss healthcare system and develop statistical methods and models for efficiency testing and tariff controlling.

... create meaningful analyses, reports, and visualizations, and present complex results in an understandable way for various stakeholders.

... work in interdisciplinary projects with specialists from data analysis, medicine, and law, and support expert clarifications as well as negotiations and legal proceedings with data-based analyses.

... actively contribute to the further development of our methods and products, and maintain exchange with our clients and partners.

... contribute to an affordable healthcare system.

Your Profile | You…

... have a Master's degree in Economics, Data Science, or a comparable quantitative field.

... have at least two years of professional experience in data analysis or applied research.

... have profound knowledge of statistical methods and program proficiently in at least one programming language for data analysis such as R, Python, or Stata.

... work in a structured and careful manner, are a team player, and have good business acumen.

... are flexible, dynamic, and open to actively shape change processes.

... communicate fluently in German or French and have good knowledge of the other language.
