Location: Onsite in Australia (Relocation Salary: 135-160K Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Datacenter Technician & Systems Administrator to support mission-critical IT infrastructure in a secure and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing hardware from leading manufacturers while ensuring seamless integration within computer networks. This role requires expertise in both legacy and modern IT systems, as well as an ability to work effectively in a team environment. Key Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and services • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve IT operations and services. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field • 3+ years of experience in a similar role • Strong understanding of computer networks, hardware, and software • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with IT service management frameworks and tools • Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud computing • Knowledge of security protocols and best practices • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records • Willingness to work a rotating on-call schedule and be available for after-hours support as needed.
